Huzzah I'm graduating soon!

Prom was last night, and of course I didn't go. I didn't really care much for my grade except for a handful of friends I made in the past four years.

Right now I just want to pass my exams and get a high average so I can get into a good university you know? Thankfully my marks tend to go up with exams, and one of my courses is at a college level so the University I'm going to won't look at the mark I get in the class.

Honestly I don't understand why some people call it the best four years of your life, it's only four years and your stuck with the same people for those four years. Of course there are friends you meet, but after school you kind of forget them right? I'm of course going to stay in touch with most of the people I became friends with, especially my best friend, that's just a given. But seriously looking back at high school... besides meeting my best friend and maybe a handful or two of other people the point of it was just learning enough so I could move onto the next stage of life.

Maybe I was just a grump and needed to get out more and 'experience' the best four years of my life in a different way. Oh well it's too late now, and it's not like I didn't enjoy high school at times, because I did.

I have no regrets about not going to prom, and I doubt I ever will like most people are saying. Nor do I have any regrets about how I spent the last four years, I made an amazing best friend and a few other friends, so maybe they were the best four years of my life in that way. But honestly I have nothing to compare it to and I doubt that future years will be horrible to the point that I look at high school and say they were the best years of my life.

I'm hoping to upload at least two stories in the near future. Though I won't be telling anyone what they are quite yet. One's still in the first few chapter phase and the other is pretty much going now.

Anywho, I hope all of you are doing well, I rarely come on dA for more than a few minutes now a days, so I haven't really caught up with anyone. Have a good one!

There's no snow on the ground (Yet! It's only a matter of time here in Canada), and I'm already freakin cold! I'm studying for philosophy but I got distracted by the internet and decided to creep dA for a bit, actually that's not true I didn't decide anything it just sorta happened. Thanks dA :/

In a week and a half I'm going to be off to Windsor (Yay!), I'm going to visit family I haven't seen in years and check out Windsor U, I'm considering going there for their law/history program, as I've heard good things about it. I'm going for five days, but in reality I'll only be there for three because the train ride is ten hours long with a two hour layover in Toronto.
Oh well at least I get free wifi

I'm working on secret projects, maybe with another person maybe not (We have yet to clear everything up. I'm writing the first part to convince her it's a good idea ). I might be posting sketches and stuff in a while, I recently got photoshop and even though I don't have a tablet I'm getting okayish. 99% of my drawings are still on good old fashioned paper though.

School is going well, in Writer's Craft I have a nice high mark even through this poetry unit. I love the course and all but some of the things we're being taught are better for critiquing other peoples work and doesn't really benefit your own work :/
I find that most author's don't like about the similes or rhythm patterns they're using and just tend to go with the flow... That could be just me though Finished my English essay and did a dam good job on it, only lost 10% on grammar because of a few slips of the pen . Philosophy is... Well it's philosophy. We don't have as many in-class discussions as I wish we would and the teacher's really boring to listen to but I'm surviving and doing well in the class. Lastly Challenge and Change is going great, recently got the Independent study and it's basically the same one I did last year for the same teacher, same topics and everything (Seriously I mean that ).

Anywho enough of my rambling, hope you're all excited for Halloween (I know I am!), remember if you eat all your candy that night you should curl up in front of the toilet with your blankets and pillows!

I feel really bad for not being so active, and for not posting anything but a random picture of Batman in the past little while. Let me kinda explain why I've been in hiding when I promised I'd be more active.
1. I've been in Summer School for the past 3 weeks, doing a shit ton of work in a boring and yet interesting at times class. I took Individuals and Families in a Diverse Society (CanFam), and wrote my exam on Tuesday. The class was easy enough but I had a test every single day, so studying was basically what I did for all that time.
2. My house is being redone. New floors. New paint. Electricity's being fixed. ALL this week and next week. I've been cleaning and packing things away since I got back from spending quality time with my cousin's yesterday (we went to the zoo), and I still have to pull out carpets and wash the walls... EVERYWHERE.
3. My parents are planning a trip to Windsor, or a camping trip. I've been planning for that, and I have no idea when it is ._.
After all this I'll probably only have two weeks of summer and school will start up and I'll probably get lost in school work. However, because I now have it in writing (wrote it down before I started this journal), I now have to force myself to write, or draw for at least half an hour every day. Hopefully it'll work... but like I said now that I don't have to go to school for a while I should be more active.

What's up everyone? It's been a while, I've been bsuy with school cause co-op takes a lot of my time and I never have very much time to just sit and creep dA. I have started writing more, and with the posting of DRID/The Warrior program I should be a bit more active. I've also started working on a long forgotten project of mine called the Ameobian Adventure, which I'm pretty sure only had three pages, but now I have close to four... Hopefully I'll be around a lot more.
